When a customer creates a new issue, it is not assigned by default, and we would like the first employee who responds to the issue to become the assignee so that other employees know the ticket is being taken care of. What is the most efficient way of doing this?
This is a fairly simple automation to create, it should look something like this:
You may want to add a check to see if it is the first comment as well and also check if assignee is empty.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
