Automatically add watcher based on a custom multi-user field

hi there, i have set a custom multi-user field "requestor". if i add user to this field, the users should be added to the watch list as well.

I draft an automation rule.

1. when there is a change in "requestor"

2. add the value in requestor to watcher

Anyone can advise the smart value to fill in this field? thanks

My approach would be to work with smart values:
