Automation Failure

I have setup automation to alert me for any issues that are raised for a certain organization between the hours of 17:30pm and 08:30am, and weekends.  However it does not seem to be working.  Attached is the audit log and rule details which i have setup.  Can someone review and let me know why this isn't working?

Hi Dan,

That's very weird that it pass the Condition but then no mention of sending the email. Are you sure you saved and published the rule before it ran the last time? 

Can you make sure it is saved and ready and then run it again?

Hi John,

Yeah everything was saved and published before running.  As its set to run and notify only after 5:30pm i will do that later today and feedback on results.

You could change the time and run it real quick to test it if you like. And then set the time back.

That has worked.  Set the time to after 11am but before 4pm and i received the email, so the issue must lay in the way i set the times previously.

Check the time zone for your instance in the System Settings and also your personal preference for the time zone.
