Automation - When create Sub-Task and Status Equal --> Set Assignee from parents

Hello Everyone, 

Just a question about an Automation I can't get through, it seems simple but I don't know why/I can't figured it out why it's not working. 

As the title said i'm looking to create an Automation that 

When a Sub-Task is created and Status is Business Validation (In Progress) then Edit Copy Assigne from Parent Ticket  

If anyone has an idea on how to make this work ! ... 

I don't even have errors on my Audit Log

Hi @Joseph Hani - When your subtask is created, is the status set immediately to Business Validation or is that status changed after the fact?  If the latter, you need to change your trigger from issue created to Field Value Changed.

When the sub-task is created the status is set to Business Validation after 2 other status. 

Open --> Lead Validation --> Business Validation --> Online --> Closed 

Sorry but I might be a little noob on this one :/ 

I look into Field Value change and I don't really understand how it should be set. 

I mean, the "Field to monitor for changes" should be set to Status ? What the "For" mean since there is only Create / Edit / Transition / Assign Issue. 

Then i should completely change my Condition ?

Using Branch with Issue Created wouldn't work ? 

I try it but It seems to not work, "No Actions performed"

Hi @Joseph Hani 

As a subtask you shouldn't need to run a branch rule, but you should change your action to assign issue since that's the only action you are performing.  Here's a screenshot:

Sorry, to disturb you again. I made a mistake on this Automation ... That change completely 

the Automation lol ... 

In fact I need to copy the Reporter and change the Assigne by the Reporter of the parent, any idea for this ?
