Hi
I have a multi-select field for Countries which has 245 option values. Approximately 30 of these countries are 'pre-approved'. So the automation needs to say
IF the Countries field contains any value(s) which are not 'pre-approved'
THEN do something (create an approval subtask)
I know I could do it by "If Countries contains any of <list 215 values>" but I think surely there must be a better way.
I have tried branching on each value in Countries and then doing various things but the problem, even with a re-fetch, is that the rule jumps ahead and doesn't wait for the branches to complete. I am attaching a screenshot of my most recent attempt, using a regex and then filling a random field and using that field to trigger the action.
Does anyone have any ideas on a different way of doing it because branching here seems a non-runner.
Thanks in advance!
