Automation create issue in other project (agile)

Hi,

i have automation if issue match with the condition when issue transitioned to next status, it will created new issue but different project target(agile). there is no error with this automation. but, i can't see this issue on project target.

status on project target should be "To Develop", i already edit the filter on board settings too.

. fyi : the project target have 7 boards with different workflow and issuetypes.

any idea how to make this work?

Probably not the reason but worth checking ... are the projects company managed ? And is the automation rule a global one ?

The projects are company managed, and the automation is in the projects level
