I have set up a rule that will send emails...however I'd like to use the organization group name (from JIRA service desk) to send it to all customers in that organization.
I saw that by the recipient there is a group called CAB - what does this refer to?
We can't say what CAB is as it is a group defined by one of your admins. Look at the members of the group to see if you can discern it's purpose.
Now for emailing all customers in an organization, unless something has changed, there is no way to do this using the Organization name. You could create a group and manually add all member into the group but that is, IMO, not scalable and would be a nightmare to maintain. I seem to recall seeing a suggestion open for this but could not immediately locate.
Thanks Jack for your comment. CAB cannot be found in JIRA groups...so no idea where this is coming from in Automation for JIRA.
I cannot create a group manually for for JSD customers..... currently I have added them manually as recipients in Automation for Jira but that is npot scalable at all....

Agreed. Not sure I can help on identifying the source of CAB and if it even matters here.
