Automation for Jira: "Can't find issue to copy from"

Hi,

There is some automation than it returns the next error:

"Can't find issue to copy fromcustomfield_10048, customfield_10127, customfield_10032, customfield_10045, customfield_10049"

Those customfields I have comprobe that it exist in the the projects, screens and issues that are involved in the automation.

I need help :(
