Automation rule for comparing OriginalEstimate with Total time spent (time logged)

Hi,

I am trying to create a rule that will send an email once TimeSpent > OriginalEstimate with no luck.

1. The Timespent returns empty all the time.

2. and the trigger is hit only when originalestimate is modified, never when the timespent is modified.
