Automation rule"story description" is enabled but my template is not shown once I create a new Story

Hello,

As a Product Owner, I need to create a user story template in Jira so that we are more efficient to refine the needs with the dev team.

So far I've been able to create an automation rule :

But once I create a new story, the "description" field does not contain the template description from automation but this one:

I basically checked the current automation rules but could not identify one already updating that "description" field

Any suggestion ?

Could you please post a screenshot of an audit log for the failing automation rule ?

This should help us understand better

Here is the audit log for such automation. I enabled it again and I still face the same behaviour.
