Automation rule when custom field is updated

Hi all,

I have a problem about Automation rule. 

I want to send email to my team when the custom field is changed. I need to write the Condition to return True if the custom field is changed, but, JQL CHANGED function is only used for system fields. 

Please give me some suggestions about this problem!

Can you share the rule you have so far? 

Are you using the Field Value Changed trigger to start the process?
