Being repeatedly told that my subscription will be deactivated

I have 6 users on Free Jira and 2 users on Free Confluence.

I keep getting an email telling me to add a credit card to pay $153 or it will be deactivated.

What's going on?

From where are you getting the numbers of users?

Have you gone to https://admin.atlassian.cim and reviewed the Billing paid? That will show how many licensed users you currently have. You may have more licensed users than deactivated users.
