BigGantt is not showing me workload data for project resources.

I have a project set up in BigGantt. The project tasks have been imported successfully, I have been able to map the custom fields of my project, including the start date and end date, etc., everything seems fine but, I do not see the workload data of the project resources. In the resources panel I get the following message "The workload doesn't include unscheduled tasks".

I don't know what could be happening. Any ideas?
