Board setting - Card Colours - JQL (Stop working for newly created issues)

I have added "gridStringColumnXX="xxxx"" JQL in Card colours, Board setting. It has worked well upto about 130 issues and then it stopped working for the newly created issues. Some issues are created by another project in Jira. The other issues are manually created. 

Is there anything that I can check to make it work for the entire issues?

Hi Yunjung,

I would check the filter of the board.

Usually, the filter is the cause, considering the fact that if the filter is "broken" for any reason, it wouldn't return the colours.

Besides that, you need to check if the "gridStringColumnXX="xxxx" returns the newly created issue, otherwise, it won't show too.
