Bug incident status

I'm using Jira Scrum template in my project.

By default the status of incidents, including and bug incident, are

1. To Do 2. In Progress 3. Done

 I would like to add few more status for Bug incidents:

- Open

- Resolved

- Reopened

- Closed

How could I do that?

Welcome to the Atlassian Community,

If you have selected the "Team Manage" Project Type then

1. Go to the Project Setting

2. Select the Issue Type

3. Select the Bug Issue type

4. Click on the Edit Workflow

5. There you can add status and transaction

6. Update the Workflow

For Company Manage Project Type

Hi @Alexandro Brito ,

assuming you are using a CMP (company managed project) then basically you do the following:

• create a copy of your current workflow if used by Issuetypes other than Bug and you do not wish to impact the workflow of those. This is done under project settings > workflows
• edit the copy to meet your needs.
• back under workflows in your project add the newly edited workflow and associate to your bug issuetype
