So, im in the process of setting up my own MSSP company, and i was wondering if anyone has any experience in running a business mostly with JIRA, CONFLUENCE, STRIDE etc :)
i like the KISS principle (Keep It Stupidly Simple) and as a result, i do not like the idea of having 30 different programs for 30 different tasks, i would prefer to a few programs from as few company’s as possible.
In the past i have worked with JIRA servicedesk, and i had some basic looks into Confluence, but with JIRA i would imagine is almost everything p[ossible from ticketing to SLA and contract management? Does anyone know of some great plugins or manuals about how to achieve this? Thank you so much :)
