One of my user licenses seems to be automatically set up by JIRA. It is labeled "sys admin" or "system administrator". This shouldn't count as one of my paid for licenses, should it?
Hi Steve,
All hosted instances will have an account for Atlassian support to login to your instance and assist you with any issues that you are experiencing. This account is automatically setup on the instance and is not couting against the user license.
