Can I have full contact details for customers in JSD?

Hi there,

Total newb trialing JSD at the moment and looking to see if I can recreate the setup we are using in Salesforce.

I created myself manually as a customer in JSD using my gmail address AND without sending an email confirmation.

I can see myself as a customer but is there any way I can make a customer into a full contact i.e. name, address, phone number, company name etc etc?

Not natively. You will need an addon for this. There are a few out there and here is one that provides CRM functions - atlas-crm-customers-in-jira note that I do not have experience with any of these addons personally.
