I'm trying to make the time logging required, on Tempo, before the agent closes the ticket.
Tried with Validator, and Conditions, but couldn't make it possible.
Is there a way to do it with Tempo APP info?
Do you have any work attributes defined in Tempo? Or is it just a log work action?
You can define a transition screen that includes Log Work field and make Time Spent required via workflow validator in resolve screen. However, it is not possible to add/validate Tempo worklog attributes.
