I originally thought the "create" button was fantastic to make a quick ticket. Now it is the bane of my existence. Despite instructions being sent out that there is a form that needs to be filled out, people are bypassing all that work by hitting the "create" button at the top of the screen.
A great solution is if the form were to populate with the ticket here, just like it does one the project page when a ticket is created. What are the steps to make this a reality?
There isn't a method to make what you want happen I'm afraid - the "Create" button's functionality cannot be modified to have a form included.
I've not tried this, but you could try...
This might stop the user from creating an issue unless they use the form itself.
