Can I set up an automation using Zapier, based on a custom field in a team-managed project ?

Hello, 

I try to update a field in a Salesforce case when a custom field is updated in a Jira project - with zapier - 
Zapier doesn't show this custom field in the list when I want to filter the actions on it.
My custom field was created on a team-managed project.
Does anybody know if I can do that with a team managed custom field ? or does it work only with company managed custom fields ?
