Hi,
my company is new to Jira and for now we only use JSD. is it possible, for a Jira using costumer to open a ticket addressing me without using the portal?
They can use email if you set up a channel for it, and it has a REST interface if they want another computer to use the portal for them (scripting or other programs that can post requests without making the person go to the Jira portal)
And they could use the Widget feature which is embedded in any web page
