We currently have custom fields in Jira which pull customer data from a database (the user enters the a Site Code on the Jira ticket and the rest of the customer data is retrieved from the database).
We would like it to work so that if the database were updated with new customer then it could update any existing Jira tickets with the updated data.
I'm not convinced this is possible. Does anyone disagree?
Cheers.
Hi @hkenny
I have the same process with Nfeed addon and there is no way to update fields when value change in database.
Maybe if your write some code but im not sure it will be ok.
