I've successfully set up a Jira space for the company, and now I'm on a mission to make it visually appealing. As customers navigate the front-end portal group, they can seamlessly select from various request types, specify their concerns, and complete custom fields tailored to each request type before hitting send.
Upon submission, customers are directed to a ticket where they can review the details of their request conveniently in the front-end interface. Within this ticket, the following information is available:
Status
Notifications
Request-type
Shared with
Linked intercom conversations
Now, here's the exciting part: I'm curious if I can customize what customers see in the right bar menu when they access their ticket in the front end.
I wanted to add a section called "squad" as I have as a request-type, because I named my IT departments different names in squads.

Out of the box, I don't believe you can modify it. However, there are some plugins that help you customize the look and feel. Refined for JSM and Theme Extension are probably the best options. The only downsize is that they do not support Jira Assets fields, but if you are in the Standard tier you won't have any issues.
