So i have i jira server license but i'm planning to move in cloud, can i use the same license in cloud also or i must buy another one?

Neither.
You can not use Server licences for Cloud.
You do not buy licences for Cloud, you buy (and maintain) a subscription. Technically, there are still licences involved, but you don't see them at all, the Cloud subscription service handles it all behind the scenes.
If you recently bought the Server licences, you may get a refund if it's within 30 days I think.

They use the same model of licencing, so you'd buy them in your my.atlassian account and let the back-end handle it.
I don't know if licences for them are refundable though.
