Hello dear community,
I would like to ask you for help with the following topic. When going to section Requests -> All, I can see only one request, although we have more than 100 requests in our project.
I marked all possible statuses and request types to see them all but I still can see only 1 access. I am executing this action with my Admin account. I've checked possibilities in Portal settings section and I could not find any settings related to this.
Can you please advise what to do so I could see them? I would make it possible also for all our Jira users. Is it even possible?
The Portal takes into account tickets you have access to - i.e...
...it's not a free-for-all.
As an Admin, do you have access to all tickets in this manner? Do you have Browse Projects and/or Service Desk Agent permissions (thus allowing you access through that connection)?
