Can pro-forma still be activated for a software project?

We have team managed Jira Cloud Projects.  I am looking to create a dynamic form but our software instance does not have pro-forma. Jira Service management has dynamic forms.  Is this something our Jira Admins can still turn on/off as per this article in 2022

Looks like it can be toggled on and off for all projects regardless of type?

If you are okay with add-ons you can try Smart Jira Forms, developed by my team. The form can be added manually or automatically(based on the presetted settings) to issues, as well as shared externally via link or as embeded form. Also the possibility to prefill issue fields based on form responses provide similar-like JSM functionality.

• Create custom forms to gather specific information for different issue types.
• Share forms externally with clients or partners via linkes or like embed element.
• Trigger automaticlal forms addition to issues.
• Pre-fill issue fields with data from form responses.

@ayoung You should see forms as an option in Jira projects by default.  If you are not seeing this option could you share what the type of project you are using (team managed vs company managed)  Are you seeing the forms option in any of your projects?

@ayoung If you go to the software project settings do you see a forms section?

@Brant Schroeder  Nope this is the project settings menu in Software - no forms :(
