Can't Map Custom Field (Picklist & Text) During External System Import

Hello!

Not sure how to resolve this as I've followed instructions on four different online posts & none of them have been able to resolve the issue.

• Field is visible to all screens
• Uninstalled all Apps that might be interfering
• Removed Punctuation from Headers in the CSV File
• Ensured there were no duplicate headers

Please advise if there are other things I should be looking at. Thank you so much in advance for your help!

@Sam Naylor What type of custom field is "Picklist & Text"? 

Depending on the type of custom field, the CSV needs to be structured in a specific way.
