Can't find a way to create Organizations on SD Cloud

Hi! Sorry if this is kind of a dumb question...

I'm trying to create an automation rule or some other way to automatically share all issues created with other Customers in the team, and I read that a good way to do that would be by creating an Organization and sharing all tickets within that organization. However, I can't find that option on my SD Cloud. There's no option to create Organizations as I have looked everywhere.

So please help me find that - or perhaps I don't have access to that on my SD Cloud for some reason??

Also, if there's another way to accomplish automatically sharing my issues with other Customers, that works too.

Thanks in advance!

Hi Ricardo,

I think this documentation is what you are looking for.

Hm, thanks. I actually found that before but my SD Cloud does not have a "Customers list" option. It only has "People" and there's no way to create an organization around that, so I honestly don't know what to do.

It seems this tutorial does not apply to my Jira cloud for some reason... Would it be a version issue by any chance?

Sorry, forget about it. I was looking at the admin module of SD and that option to create an Organization resides within the regular SD board menu.

Thanks for your help! Appreciate it.

No no, you are mixing up two different sections of your project, 'People' and 'Customers' that is. Check out this screenshot:
