Can't find addon on manage apps after import jira cloud

Hi,

can someone explain and tell me how to bring back addon listed on manage apps ?

i just do Import jira cloud from a site that doesn't have any addon..

and the target site have like 6 addon licenses (already paid for a year/annual).

i can saw all 6 addon on manage subscription, but can't find on manage apps.

how to fix it ?

gonna need a solution ASAP.

Make sure your apps are not filtered to something besides User-installed. If it's not, I would recommend reaching out directly to Atlassian Support.
