Can't see admin insights as Jira Cloud Premium User

Hello to everyone! As a Premium User of Jira Software I would like to use the feature of admin insight. I think the problem is that I can't the the menue bar on top of the Atlassian Admin page: 

Now I am looking for reasons why I can't see it. I am a Jira admin, so does only the organizational admin ist able to see that menue bar?

Hi @Malin Rathjen - From Security > Insights you should be able to access this.

Because I was not an organizational admin, I was not able to see that view. Now I can see it. Thanks @Muhammad Fahad
