When we open our upcoming release, we can see all the tickets in this release, but can we add a special filter there? For example, filter by ticket type or any other one?

No this is not an option.
The release shows all related issues in the release.
If you want to filter this, use the search and find your release, then you are able to filter or sort.

issuetype = Story AND fixVersion = r3 (replace r3 with you version)
