Dear All,
I was trying to add custom fields to the subject of the Customer notification template and to the body of the Notifications messages however I can see that the available variables that can be inserted are limited , is there a way to customize the list of the variables using the out of the box customization features.
Am using Jira Cloud.

there is a feature suggestion tracked under JSDCLOUD-4642 which describes same feature you are referring.
