Can we create an automation which can display status name with SLA time?
For example: from “Open” Status to “Keyword Suggestion” the SLA is 9 hours (1 working day), now as soon as the request is created, the fields should show “Open – SLA 1 working day”.
Please help with steps of Automation and smart value to use.
