Can you provide clear installations for standalone for Mac?

I have run the installer and it has put a bunch of files in my Applications folder, then what do I do ???? There is no App in there to run. Your documentation does not explain what to do next...

Just want to confirm with you that we do not support as server as mentioned on our supported platform documentation:

We highly recommend you to install Confluence/JIRA on the supported OS which is Windows or Linux.
