Can you remove the new Horizontal scroll Bar on Kanban boards

With the latest update of our JIRA service we now have horizontal scrolling bars on all of our Kanban boards, while some users find this helpful others have expressed a dislike for the feature as they can not see the whole board all at once any more.

Does anyone know if there is a way to turn this feature off, on some or all boards.

Is this for cloud or server Jira? I'm not seeing it on my cloud instance and also not aware of a way of switching it on or off.
