We are testing out this software as possible IT ticketing software. During our testing we are able to edit all comments inside of the chats inside of the ticket request. Can we remove or restrict the ability for users to be able to edit the chats?
if by "chats" you mean Comments then yes. You can certainly control who can comment and even who can edit comments. Go to Project settings > Permissions...
I was able to control who can comment this way. Just had to create a classic project vs a next-gen one to get this control. thank you for the tip
