Canned responses in resolution screen.

Is canned responses functionality available in the resolution screen of a ticket or does a third party product need to be purchased.

Indeed, built-in canned responses are not supported on the resolution screen. If you're considering using an app for this, I'd like to inform you that our app, Canned Responses Pro, does it and offers many other advanced features (like automated signatures, attachments in templates, multi-level permissions, and so on). Hello @Joe Serrao 

Canned Response is the new feature that got released in cloud recently and right now, and Canned response are supported only in Issue View comments.


Canned response is not available in the Transition screen/resolution screen, and this is due to the fact that Issue Edit Screen is using new Issue View, but the Transition screen is still using Old Issue view. So there is a different in look and feel in transition screen/resolution screen fields when compared to Edit screen.
