Cannot access jira on Internet Explorer

Hi everyone, do you have any idea about that problem? Majority of users can login but some users had this trouble.

Do these users have compatibility mode enabled?  If so, turn it off and try again.

I tried but didn't change, I think it is not about browser because I can login my account on the same computer internet explorer.
