As the admin, I'm trying to update the job title for a managed account, but when I click on the name I get the error "Cannot load user details. Try again later."
This has been going on for days, and happens with all users in our organization. How can I fix the error?

Is this account coming from an user directory, are you able to write here?
Job title field is part of the user account, that is able to be locked
Or raise an issue with Atlassian Support, to have them check why this occurs on your instance.
I did notice this morning that I have to reload a lot in Atlassian admin, and that their are warnings.
