Cant save automation rules

Cant save automation rules

I want to add 2 automation rules (Comment updates reply status & Comment reopens issue)

After choosing one of the rules I set a descrition and want to save the rule. But the save does not happen. I pressed the save button multiple times but nothing happens.

Am I doing something wrong?

At the moment the system is running with a trial license because we are evaluating some systems.

Sure. Unfortunately there is no error at all.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

Actually I didnt add any conditions. The system itself added those. I will check them, thanks.

I just had to retype the conditions and it worked after.

Can you please attach the screenshot for the same and if you are getting an error that as well.
