Cant see statuses in board?

I have a strange problem: I added two workflows to a project. One workflow is for one issuetype, the other workflow for all the others.

When i create a new board i can only see the statuses that belong to the first workflow. I didnt change the boards filter the other workflow simply isnt there. 

But if i go to the project settings i can see that the workflows are assigned correctly to the issuetypes.

How to fix this? The funny thing is i did exactly the same thing for other projects and it worked without any problems...

Does your board filter fetch issues belonging to both issueTypes? Can you share your JQL.  ALso is your workflow scheme having 2 different workflows published? The status for both workflows can also be present in the column configuration of the board and thus present in "unmapped" status i.e. statuses which haven't been mapped to a column board yet. Thus, could you please share screenshot as well of the column configuration of the board
