Card colours not visible by some team members?

Hi there,

My colleague who is an admin of the same board and project as I am cannot see card colours of the project boards (which i can see fine). Oddly, when he updates a ticket which has a card colour, the colour then suddenly appears in his board, for his card. Surely if I see the card colours (set by a simple status = xxxx), he should be able to see it as well, without having to update every single issue of the board to force the colour to appear?!

Hi Haafiz,

• Is this Server or Cloud?
• If he logs in on your computer does he experience the same behavior?

I would first have him try your computer to see if he can replicate the results since the card colors are set by the admin.  If he cannot replicate it on your computer I would have him open a private/safe browsing window and see if the issue persists.
