The admin of our Atlassian account said there was no option to change my name since we all use Google SSO and it was being fed by that, I changed my email and name on Google and I changed the display name on my Atlassian account to my new legal name a week ago, but it doesn’t show up on Jira or other products. What else can I try to update my name?

Have you tried changing it under My Profile/Atlassian account/Public name?
