Change Request Type Name across all JSD projects

Is there a way to edit the name of a request type globally across all JSD projects? Right now, it seems that if I want to change the name of a request type, I have to do it in each individual project.

The short answer is no, you cannot change the name of a request type globally. Request types are project specific and therefore you have to rename them one by one in each project.
