Change Request Type when logging an issue via email

Hi,

We set up the Request Type when customers log a ticket in Service Desk via mail.

I want to change the request type in the email request when in the project settings but can't change it. 

Any idea how I go about to changing the Request type?

Were are on Atlassian cloud
