Hi all,
we just started our business on Jira and we are still learning the ropes.
We have several custom fields with dates. Our problem is that we need to change the format of the dates so that it appears as dd/mm/yy hh:mm.
Below is the actual situation where the dates are reported as "Tomorrow, 5 days ago etc".
We have already checked the format rules according to Jira documentation but we can't find the exact voice to change this format.
Can you please give us some suggestions?
Thanks a lot.
Hi Pramodh,
thank you very much for the quick reply.
The two threads are very useful.
Thank you so much again.
Giuseppe.
We cannot change the dates completely as per your requirement, Unfortunately, this is one of the limitations of the Cloud instance.
The details are discussed here

More info here too

Thanks,
