Change project key via automation

Can I change the project key via an automation rule? Do you know the correct JSON for that? Or the correct smart values?

Are you trying to move a single issue to another project or change the project key for the entire project?

If it is the second one, what problem are you trying to solve by doing that in an automation rule?  That is, "why do this"?
