Changing the email text when creating account

I am using Jira service desk Cloud and the language we are using is Dutch. If a customer of ours creates an account via the portal, he or she will receive an email to complete the creation of their account. 

The translation of the text and subject of the email is not what we want. 

Is there a possibility to change this initial email when customers create an account?

This has nothing to do with the Customer notification settings, where I can change the text and lay-out of the emails received by the customers.
