Hi! I am facing next scenario. We are experiencing intermitent conection errors with our LDAP. This is causing some login issues that dissapear when connection recovers. I have included a public announcement banner so agents and developers are advised about this problem before login and invited to try again in a few minutes if login fails.
But the announcement banner is not shown on customer portal. I can include an announcement, but only visible once the customer has logged in, so they are facing login issues without knowing why and then calling and sending emails to help desk team.
Is there any way to include an announcement banner on customer portal in classical way?

Currently, it's not possible to edit or add text on the customer portal login page.
We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:

On the feature JSDSERVER-330 some customers have added their workarounds using add-ons, so you can check and perhaps test to see if it works for you.
